Heinrich von Königreich der Toten, quite possibly one of the meanest customers I have written up as a D&D villain.
While as a spellcaster Heinrich is a bit lacking, his strength (as well as the horror of what he is) lies in the fact that he can create, animate, summon and otherwise control an obscene number of undead... which is in addition to all of the creepy nasty things that Liches are known for being.
